Morroco to recieve 36 Apache-E helicopters

The US government has given the green light for a possible sale of 36 AH-64E attack helicopters to the benefit of the Moroccan Air Force at a cost of 4.25 billion dollars.
The order would be for 24 chooper batch with 12 optional aircrafts, 551 Hellfire AGM-114R missiles, 60 A M-114L Hellfire, 588 Hydra rocket laser precision kits and AIM-92H Stinger missiles for use against aircraft.


The DCSA has notified the congress of the acceptance of the deal which is still subject to change and modification.

It should be noted that Morocco will join Egypt as only user of Apache-E in Africa.
